MPower Partners Fund, Japan’s first ESG-focused global venture capital fund, has invested in SHE Inc. (Tokyo, Japan), which provides a reskilling and job support platform for millennial women, as a lead investor.  

With the rapid emergence of new technologies and accelerating innovation, the importance of continuous reskilling has been growing. However, reskilling does not necessarily guarantee employment, and many women struggle to find new job opportunities after learning new skills. 

To bridge the gap, SHE provides a platform, SHElikes, which provides not only learning and coaching opportunities, but also employment support. Since its founding in 2017, the company has steadily grown its business under the vision of "creating a world where everyone can realize their unique value and thrive," and has supported a cumulative total of over 60,000 women in building their careers. SHE also launched "SHEmoney," a service that provides financial literacy education in 2021.
